What this tool is
Shaw Public Adjusters is a licensed Ohio public adjusting firm specializing in roof, siding, gutter and fire claims. We are opening one of our internal measurement tools to the public at no charge. You enter an address and we email you a preliminary roof figure.
This is free, and it is a test
The figure is generated automatically, no adjuster reviews it before it reaches you, and the program exists to advance our estimating strategy and AI deployment. It is NOT an insurance estimate, a bid, an offer of work, or professional advice, and it MAY NOT be used, relied on, or submitted for any insurance or legal purpose — including a claim, supplement, appraisal, or any negotiation with a carrier. It creates no engagement and no adjuster-client relationship with Shaw Public Adjusters LLC. Any figure we stand behind is measured on site by a licensed public adjuster.
We are adjusters, not contractors
Shaw Public Adjusters LLC is a licensed public adjusting firm and nothing more. We do not perform restoration, repairs, roofing, siding, or any construction work; we hold no interest in any company that does; and we accept no compensation for referring one. Ohio Adm. Code 3901-1-24(C) requires that separation and we keep it. Our work is limited to representing the insured in the adjustment of a claim. This tool is a learning model offered free to select customers. It is not a quote.
What we do with your submission
By submitting, you grant Shaw Public Adjusters LLC a perpetual, worldwide right to store, analyze, publish and commercialize everything associated with your submission — the address, the measurements and imagery we derive from it, your contact details, and any photos you later add — including to train and improve our models and to license, share or sell that information to third parties in identified, de-identified or aggregated form.
We do not sell or share it with roofing, siding or restoration contractors: Ohio Adm. Code 3901-1-24(C) bars a public adjuster from taking compensation from a business that repairs damaged property.

Timing
Measurements run in batches, not instantly. Expect your result within one business day. If the automated measurement cannot resolve your roof from public data, we will tell you that and send no figure rather than send a number we do not trust.
